The $50 Gift Certificate winner was Ed Clough, of Worcester, MA!
Richard's Bistro Supports the Arts in Manchester, NH by recently donating a $50 gift certificate to be given away at the "Art on the Wall Gallery" at Manchester at City Hall, during a drawing to take place at the Sept 17th Open Doors Manchester Art and Cultural Trolley Tours! Guests who visit the City Hall exhibit will be entered into this drawing! Groups are welcome and it's free to the public. Then, hop on a Trolley, and visit other stops, and you'll be entered in drawings at those locations for a chance to win another $50 certificate from another area restaurant! How exciting!

"Pig Shanks: How can something so lowly taste so good? The answer — braising. Chef Matt Provencher is now adding his own touch to Richard’s Bistro (www.richardsbistro.com) in Manchester and his pig shanks are cooked until tender at the bone and finished in the oven with a soy and honey glaze. Sweet, succulent and very satisfying."
